Can I use the HILAKARI ®S Optimal Body Roller?

If you are healthy, your spine functions normally and you exercise weekly, this product can be an excellent tool to restore your back to "factory settings".

WARNING: This product is not suitable for you if you have a medical condition or medication that negatively affects the structure of your spine, the bones of your spine or its ligaments, or if your spine is damaged, broken, or if you have had back surgery or have recently been in an accident.
