Can I use HILAKARI®'S Optimal Back Roller?

If you are healthy, your spine performs normally and you exercise weekly, then this product could be an excellent tool for you to restore 'the factory setting' of your back. 

Caution: This product does not suit you if you have a sickness or medication which effects in a negative way to your spine structure, to the bones of the spine or it's ligaments or if the structure of your spine is damaged, broken or if you have undergone a back surgery or if you have been in an accident recently. If you are uncertain whether you can use this back roller consult you doctor.
